Conditions of payment
The present contractual clauses apply to the sales concluded between company ALTERNITA resident on the 13 Rue Fraîche - 30230 Bouillargues- France and represented by Nadege Lagraa under the register companies number 51287501400015 . And in addition, any person having placed order via our Internet site www.alternita.com.

Prices
All our prices are mentioned in euros (€) sin VAT .We don't recover VAT (art.293-B of General Tax French Code).They include the expenses of packing and implementation of forwardings except expenses of delivery. Inform yourself about taxes to paid in your country next to your duty or taxe department.

Payment and validation of order
The validation of your order on line and the acceptance of your payment will be worth proof of the entirety of the known as order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000. This validation is worth signature and acceptance of all the operations carried out on the site

The customer states to know and have accepted expressly the terms of sale exposed on our site before validation of his order. CTerms of sales which can be constantly modifiable. Alternita reserves the right to cancel all orders for which the payments would not have been validated by its bank (insolvency of the account, usurpation of identity…) or any other contention relating to the payment.

* Any signed turned over estimate is worth an order in comparison with the law.

Straight of retractation :

The CODE OF CONSUMPTION - L121-20 Article by Ordonnance nº 2001-741 of August 23, 2001 indicates :

Cancellation of order :

● On behalf of the customer: we will retain 50% of the total amount of the sums due for a cancellation of order beyond the 7 days legal of retractation.

● On behalf of Alternita: we commit ourselves restoring the totality of the versed sums if no work were carried out in particular for the orders of realization to measure and personalization.

Delivery periods :

Calculated according to the references produced, of stock and planning in progress.

The times mentioned on our site and your ticket of order are indicative and will be confirmed to you precisely by mail  as of the treatment of your order on our server.

Apart from the manufacturing lead times, the delivery of your order is ensured under 4 to 10 days (working days) in the world by Post , Chronopost, or any carrier (UPS etc...).

According to the countries, some taxes can be perceived at the entry of the goods on your territory, inform yourself near your customs service.

All our sendings are sent in recommended against signature with an Ad valorem insurance. Read our "Shipping and payment"page too.

Returns and After-sales service

Despite everything the attention that we carry to the quality of our products, we ask you to carry any complaint by letter or mail registered with acknowledgement of delivery and to send it to us in the 7 days as from the reception of the goods.

With the exclusion of very produced personalized which cannot be refunded. If you choose to refuse the goods with the delivery, you must in addition to the "handwritten reserves", to request from the conveyor the reference of the parcel to its shipper accompanied by a "report of spoliation" and to remain in possession of a copy of this form.

It is also necessary to recall the facts under 2 days wrought according to the delivery, by mail sent to the salesman (and to the deliveryman), especially if you did not make of reserve to the delivery or if the parcel were deposited in your letter box.

The turned over products should not be used and are turned over in their packing of origin.
