How to place an order

You need a price for the item you choose : Send us an email to alternita@gmail.com with your demand and we will answer you under 24 hours maximum.

To place an order you can just return the quotation with your signing or :

- Through the mail to alternita@gmail.com : Please send us a mail with all the following informations :

- name

- adress

- email adress

- telephone number

- reference of item or the printed page of article you choose

- color

- quantity

 - for customization : any details and instruction you want (engraved text, symbol etc...). You can enclosed a hand draw.

- adress of delivery

- option of payment choose : Card by Pay Pal or check.

If you want to pay by check, thanks to send it by post with your order.

You can also down load and return us the "Order form" here Order form .

- Through mail post to Alternita - 13 Rue Fraîche - 30230 Bouillargues - France. Write on free paper or down load our "Order form".

When we will receive your order we will send you a confirmation and time delivery.

Payment options

Secure protocol SSL with Paypal international

- Check : please send us a check only in euros € with the same name of the this under the order and same delivery adress.

Check with the order of "Nadège Lagraa-Alternita".

When the check clears our bank (usually 5-10 days) the items will be shipped.

- You can pay by credit card with Paypal : As soon we receive your order we will send you by mail a payment link (the invoice) throught Paypal in order to proceed to the payment by card. If you don't have email adress, we will send you a payment link in our website.

If you are an experienced Paypal user and already have a Paypal account or not. If you don't have Paypal account, you can create one simply and quickly or simply enter you card number and card info (we don't have access to these information).

Pay attention that the invoice is in euros (€).

Choose your mode of payment by taking care to read our terms of sale: your order will be treat as soon as possible since your payment will have been accepted by our Bank.

You will quickly receive by email a forwarding and confirmation of order.

Shipping

 

 

We have customers all around the world and we used to deliver our funeral articles where you want.

Without note from you on your order, we send your article by Air Post. The time delivery is about 3 to 10 days according to the destination.This date will be confirm to you by email with your order receipt.

If you want a quick delivery in 48 or 72 hours, we can send your articles by International Chronopost with extra.

All our shipping included the packaging cost and an Ad Valorem insurance.
